Well, yesterday was weigh in day. I didn't do well all week on my food; however, I still lost. When I eat something I know I'm not supposed to have I try to balance. I know realistically you have to cheat once in awhile or you are never going to stay on the diet, right? When I cheat, I just cut back on the next meal and make sure I toe the line the next day. I am down about 22 lbs., but what is amazing is how the weight has redistributed. I have never lost 20 lbs and gone down 2 clothing sizes. Used to be that when I lost 20 lbs. I never went down one size in clothing.
