Diet is kind of all over the place. I've been sick and had a cough for 2 weeks so I finally broke down and went to Prompt Care yesterday. I have a sinus infection and fluid on the ear. So, I am on an antibiotic, cough pill and nasal spray. Don't feel like eating and when I do I want toast or something else that is comforting. That is not on the diet. Oh well, hopefully once the meds start to kick in I will feel like getting back on track.
